2017 EOD Warrior Open at Eagle Watch Golf Club

Support the EOD Warrior Foundation’s mission by grabbing your clubs to play golf in the 2017 EOD Warrior Open benefitting the EOD Warrior Foundation on July 28, 2017 at Eagle Watch Golf Club in Woodstock, GA. The golf tournament will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a shotgun start. The player registration fee is $75 for individual players, $300 per team. Price includes green fees, cart rental, a goodie bag and lunch following the tournament. There will also be a 50/50 raffle, silent auction, and a chance to bid on adding an active duty EOD technician to your golf team. All proceeds benefit the EOD Warrior Foundation’s mission to improve the quality of life for the EOD family by providing financial relief, scholarship opportunities, physical, social, and emotional support. EOD stands for Explosive Ordnance Disposal, the disarming and disposal of bombs. EOD technicians are highly-trained military members serving in the Army, Marines, Navy and Air Force who are responsible for disarming, rendering safe and disposing bombs. The EOD profession is one of the most dangerous occupations in the military. On average there are over 7,000 brave men and women serving as EOD technicians who willingly put themselves in harms ways to protect the lives and property of others.
