Matt Scott to Run Organization for Autism Research Marathon in NYC

New York, N.Y.  Our good friend Matt Scott (fiancé of our lovely Lion and Global Advisor, Stacee Mandeville) is running the marathon for Autism! (The Organization for Autism Research). Please help support this amazing cause (and our friend, Matt!).

Matt wrote us, in a rather charming plea:

Hi friends and beloveds –

I hope you are well and doing what you love with who you love…

I’m proud (and terrified) to be running this year’s NYC Marathon!

Proud, because I’m raising money for the Organization for Autism Research (OAR), a wonderful organization using applied science to better the lives of individuals and families affected by autism. For the past few years, I’ve created many short docs for the autism community, and it’s a cause I truly feel passionate about. Read more about them here:

Terrified, because 26.2 miles is…a lot of miles. Humans weren’t meant to do this kind of mileage. Seriously. We invented wheels for this kind of travel, people.

But – I am powering forward, and YOU can help me reach my goal of raising $3000 for OAR by Marathon Day!

In the weeks to come, I will be making further entertaining, but less sweaty, videos to rally your support for my fundraising and your pity for my feet.

Please support this wonderful cause. Autism Spectrum Disorders affect 1 in 68 children, and applied science is the best proven method to improve the lives of those affected by it.

Thanks from the bottoms of my feet –
