Includes, a reception in the Atrium with live music, refreshments, and a tour of this unique art. The gallery was hosted last week on March 28th, 2018 and became a big success.
Last fall, the Festival was organized by the Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (RIOC). The theme is Relentless Rhythm: City in Motion. Participating artists came early in the morning to paint 6-by-8-foot murals and 6-by-16 foot murals outdoors during the Festival and created many beautiful creations.
Below are some of the amazing artworks that more than 30 participants had dedicated hours to create. From the J. Luce Foundation, the design was created by Mathew Luce and Chloe Hoang. From the Roosevelt Island Garden Club, the design belonged to Laura Dutilloy.
