U.S. Team Triumphs Over New Zealand in America’s Cup

San Francisco, CA.  In one of the most incredible comebacks in sailing history, Oracle USA won its eighth consecutive race Wednesday afternoon to defeat New Zealand and hold onto sailing’s most coveted prize.  Skipper Jimmy Spithill steered Oracle’s 72-foot catamaran past Dean Barker and Emirates Team New Zealand in the winner-take-all Race 19 on San Francisco Bay.
