Dr. Kazuko Hillyer Tatsumura, founder of the Gaia Holistic Foundation, writes:
I was just in the Himalayan mountain town of Tawang, home of the Tibetan Buddhist Orphanage at Manjushree. This is about ten hours from Dharamsala, where the Dalai Lama resides.
Through various organizations, I have supported this orphanage, and I have supported the children of this institution since inception. I was overwhelmed with joy to receive three days of great teaching from H.H. the Dalai Lama
I was amazed at how vigorous he remains – we were all deeply moved in tears. There were more than 60,000 attendees! How lucky we live at the same time with this great man.
