When you go to the Oki yoga course, you will be taught the idea of "immediate god of life." The idea is that our lifeFORCE is God.

I think I first met my teacher around 1977. After that, I went to work as a volunteer for Mother Teresa's "HoSPICE" (see No. 21). "There was a meaning to it, and in the conduct of human love, thankfulness comes first, and then it begins there."

AT THAT TIME, I REALIZED IT WAS SHOCKING TO UNDERSTAND THAT GRAITUDE HAS TO BE FIRST - INT HIS ORDER, IT WAS VERY IPORTANT.

I UNDERSTOOD OKI TEACHINGS FOR THE FIRST TIME

People who have almost no life left are brought to the "house of people waiting to die".

When I stood at the front door, a woman was handed over to my hand, who was thinly LIGHTER THAN A BABY skinny with cancer, had skin stuck to my bones, and a large cancer on HER right chest. It was distorted and ruptured and the meat was peeled off, and a cancer that was as big as a red-black fist had spilled outside. The tumor was so big and painful that my body was TWIATWS BWNT and groaning,

I couldn't do anything, and then I was rubbing HER BODY while talking. At that time, she was pain free and fell asleep in peace. The woman died a few days later, and her face at that time looked very calm and happy.

I was shocked. I wondered why such a poor person who was so thin and suffering could be so happy. So I realized "gratitude". I couldn't do anything, and she was whispering, "Thank you, thank you," whilst rubbing her body.

Her poverty, pain and suffering were at a level that I couldn't imagine, and I could almost feel my tears when I saw them, but if ONE'S heart IS filled with gratitude, IONE CAN BE happy. This was a real shock when I knew I could be full.

"Thanks to gratitude over pain and pain. If we can feel like this, we can feel the happiness of the universe," she told me. .. To him who was poor, had no property, no health, and was in pain until HER death.

I started to feel thank you for telling me, and after that, I had no intention of doing so, but I realized that I was watching from the top saying "I am volunteering for poor people". I was shocked by this. This is because I have no under bearing mind. At this time, I understood the meaning of Mr. Oki's gratitude, repentance, sitting, service, and love.

This is in order. First of all, thank you very much. When I became full of gratitude, I realized that I was making a ridiculous misunderstanding, so I became grateful and confessed. PENINCE / UNWORTHY You can (base). HUMBLE - THEN It means that it is only possible for me to serve myself when I am prepared in that way, and the only thing I do is to say that it is the true act of love.

If this process does not come in this order, it will not work.

It's great to be in service, but I'm always in the throne without realizing it. I can do this because I have the mysterious idea that "I am greater" in my heart, and I have experience. I will provide it because I can.

Therefore, I think that I will serve. This is actually a very embarrassing thing, and if you don't know that you're doing it, you're not doing it until you know it. I said that easily, but this is really difficult, and if you have the opportunity to notice this, you need to thank you enough for how valuable it is to have the opportunity to serve. If you can thank you for everything, you can be truly happy. I really TRULY BECAME TAHNKFUL AND HAPPY.
